Training hard and not seeing progress?

I watch so many people look past the biggest key factor to progressing their weight training. INTENT! How many times have you finished a glute exercise and realized you actually felt your quads the most? But then perhaps you continued to perform the exercise the same way because it "looked right".

Well, I did this myself for a couple of years when I first started going to the gym. I wish I knew then what I know now, or simply found the right help. At the time it seemed so hard to find the "correct" help. One coach telling me to perform something this way and another telling me different. It was SO CONFUSING and FRUSTRATING.

I take a very form focused approach especially when taking on new clients who have never weight trained or who don't have much mind body connection. The first step to making progress towards your goals in the gym is developing that connection and understanding that it takes time, practice, and dropping the weights! Why continue to shoulder press 50lb dumbbells if it doesn't feel good when you do it? Do you feel your traps more than your shoulders? Start assessing your sets and ask yourself how you can make your training better, and more intentional.

I'm here to help you from falling into the mistakes I made when I first started! While doing so, your progress will likely move 3x faster if not more. Train SMART and HARD(-:
